Always relevant

All consultations are categorised, making it easy to discover relevant consultations in the past and present. Seasonal topics are highlighted: for example, there is a highly active category for coronavirus consultations.

Built on local communities

Kollega is built on existing local medical communities. Local communities are essential because each country has its own nationwide care guidelines, common practices and legal environment. In a local community, all consultations are also carried out in the local language.

Professionally moderated

A team of professionals moderate the conversation on the platform, making sure no identifiable patient information is posted and that the tonality of the discussion stays respectful.

Secure and GDPR compliant

All Kollega users are securely authenticated and identified as legalised doctors and dentists. Kollega is fully GDPR compliant: users are always in full control of their data.

Bridging the gap between doctors and dentists

By default, Kollega has separate areas of consultation for doctors and dentists. When needed, cross-consultations allow both professional groups to join the discussion. Creating a cross consultation is easy and the option is offered whenever a doctor or a dentist creates a new consultation.

Runs on all devices

Kollega is built to work on all modern devices. There are dedicated mobile apps for Android and iPhone and a web browser version for other mobile phones, tablets and computers.

Note! Kollega is currently only available in the Finnish and Swedish app stores.
